1) We all three want to dress up.
2) We don't want to spend a lot of money.
3) It has to be something Anthony likes and wants to be.
After our trip to Old McDonald's Farm, Anthony seriously could not stop talking about it. I mean, every single day he reminded us of going there and wanted to talk about either the corn, the wagon ride, the maze, any and all of it. He has just become obsessed with all things farm, so we thought, "Why not?"
He already had everything for an outfit except for a hat, which we found at Hobby Lobby for $3. David and I borrowed most of our costumes from my dad, so we really ended up not spending much at all. The other fun thing is that Collin had an old John Deere tractor when he was little, and my parents got it out of storage, cleaned it up and repainted the wheels, and it was perfect for Anthony to drive around.
How cute is this little farmer?
Heading to the PumpkinFest.
Last year we entered the costume contest and won 1st place for the family division, but being a part of it took up our whole evening. This year we decided not to enter so we could see all of the festival, let Anthony trick-or-treat, and hang out with friends.
All of the kiddos posing for a picture.
He couldn't wait to taste some of his candy.
Seeing what else he got.
With Abigayle, the skunk.
Munching on some kettle corn.
Dancing with Abigayle at Scary-oke.
We had so much fun together!
Some pictures of the three of us, plus the tractor.
