Our Anniversary

So, our 9th anniversary was in May, but it took us until the middle of July before we could get away for a couple days to celebrate. We decided to head up to Pigeon Forge and go to Dollywood - minus the kiddie rides this time!

What better way to start off our getaway than breakfast at Chick-fil-A?

We had no real agenda or time frame on our trip, so on our way in we decided to stop at the Flea Market. We have always wanted to check it out and never really had the chance, so we made a spontaneous decision to stop on our way up. That place was jam-packed, but it was fun to look around!

At Dollywood, we went to ride the cars, but never got to. We got to the front of the line and in our car, and the ride shut down. We had to get back out and in line while they tried to fix it.

We watched a couple of shows and also stayed for the fireworks after dark. We really enjoyed our time together and fun little getaway, even if it was a couple months late!
