First Family Vacation

Not counting the handful of trips we've made to Atlanta, we took our first family vacation over Columbus Day weekend. My parents let us use their timeshare in Gatlinburg for the weekend so the three of us headed to the mountains. With it being the second week in October, we had hoped for beautiful, gorgeous fall weather, but wouldn't you know, it ended up being freezing cold and rainy and felt like winter! We still had a great time though!

Trying to pack - Anthony wanted to go for a ride in his tub.

Anthony's first trip to Bass Pro Shop. He loved looking at the big fish tank!

Petting the moose.

Goofing off during supper at McAlister's.
Anthony discovered how to push down the tabs on drink lids.

Playing around on the condo bed. He just discovered there was a hole in his sock.

Wrestling around with Daddy.

Just chilling...

Brushing his teeth before bedtime.

Waiting in line to eat breakfast at the Log Cabin Pancake House.

Anthony tasting his first ever pancakes!

Yummy! A mouthful of silver-dollar pancakes!

When there was a break in the rain, we decided to walk the streets in Gatlinburg.
We bundled Anthony up, and he slept the entire time in his stroller.

Supper in the restaurant at Ober Gatlinburg. The huge window should've given
us a view of the mountains and downtown Gatlinburg. Instead, it was thick fog.

Anthony insisted on riding the dinosaur.

Put the money in Daddy.

Not so sure about this once it got going.

Bumming around with Daddy again.

Reaching for the camera while I tried to take his picture...

No Noga trip would be complete without breakfast at Chick-fil-A!

Since it was so cold, we decided to stay inside and do some shopping at the outlets.

Now that Anthony's off and running, it's time for some new shoes!

Test run!

We also got Anthony a new winter coat. Here he is modeling it after we got home.
