David's family has been over to visit with us several times in the last few months, but we hadn't been to Nashville since Christmas, so we decided to spend Memorial Day weekend there with his family. We headed over on Friday morning and were able to meet up with one of my friends, Heather, for lunch. It had been over a year since we'd last seen each other, and it was great to catch up with her and have her meet Anthony.

...and were big buddies before lunch was over.
After lunch we headed over to check out the new Opry Mills. They had their grand reopening back in March following the flooding that happened a couple of years ago.

We stayed at Uncle Daniel's house for the weekend, and Anthony had a blast getting to hang out and play with him for a couple of days.
Anthony loved this little grasshopper...it had a suction cup on it and would pop up. Anthony laughed and laughed when it would jump and then come back down and hit the table.
Anthony kept wanting to open the door and look outside...
Daniel claimed he was trying to escape instead!
Of course, we have to take advantage of breakfast
at Chick-fil-A whenever we are close to one!
We also got to spend lots of time with Grandpa Ken and Lynn.
