Happy Halloween!

We really didn't get into the whole dressing up for Halloween with Anthony this year. He had his four month doctor's appointment late that afternoon and by the time we got back to town, it was dark and cold and the Pumpkinfest was almost over so we just came on home. He did wear his little pumpkin outfit and his cute Halloween socks that day though.

The Saturday before Halloween, David's coworkers had a Halloween party and everyone and their kids came dressed up. I didn't take any pictures that night, but wanted to share my Pinterest-inspired party food I made to take.

The ghosts are Nutter Butters dipped in white chocolate with mini chocolate chips for the eyes and nose. The witches' hats are just fudge-striped cookies turned upside down with a Hershey's kiss stuck on in the middle with orange icing.

Pumpkin veggie tray with dip - just used a pizza pan covered in aluminum foil, carrots for the pumpkin, cucumbers for the smile, Rubbermaid containers with veggie dip for the eyes and nose, and a stalk of celery for the top of the pumpkin.
